MY SInS GROUP, Merseyside Young Stroke Information ‘n’ Support, provides support, information and advice for young stroke survivors and their families and friends aged 18-65.  Information is lacking in the area and our aim is to help towards improving the lives of stroke survivors in our region.

MY SInS is an essential part of the rehabilitation of young stroke survivors in Merseyside.  The group currently meets monthly and provides support and information to all members.  They provide new members with a sense of direction and hope.
